Julia Jacob is the daughter of Samuel (grave 7) and Phoebe Jacobs (grave 8). Her sisters Harriet (grave 9) and Rachel (grave 10) are also buried in Bath.

Julia  was born in 1826 in Whitechapel London. We know very little about Juliet's life. She had two brothers and seven sisters, all born in Whitechapel.

She never married. Her father Samuel was a clothes salesman. His businesses did well, and Samuel, Phoebe, Harriet, Rachel, Julia and their youngest sister Maira had moved to Paddington by the 1861 census. They moved to Bath in 1861/2, probably because of Samuel's health. He died in 1866 a rich man and their mother died a year later.

Harriet continued to live in Bath with her two sisters, Rachel and Julia. In the 1871 census they are living in 2 Somerset Cottages, Prior Park Road. Their occupations are recorded as 'bond holders/income from foreign bonds'.

By the 1881 census while Harriet and Rachel are living in a lodging house at 11 Manvers Street Bath, Julia was recorded as living in the St Cuthberts Lunatic Asylum Wells. Julia died in 1887 in Glenossil asylum Henley in Arden. Her will was administer in Birmingham where her sister Hannah Alexandar lived.
